Fires of Thunder is a full color book, with lyrics from an album by the same name, the first in a trilogy of upcoming memoir/ books by Thana Redhawk, a NAMA (Native American Music Awards) award winning spoken word artist. A "cameo" appearance, by Lakota/Dakota poet, activist and actor John Trudell (1946-2015), is included in this collection. As are art images by Yaqui Elder Manny Moreno. Fires of Thundermesmerizes in verse, on page, the visions and desires, realities and dreamtime, of our one Human Family. Redhawk's work guides the reader through love and heart.
